A stepping stone to faith, love, & community
This is my story...
'God's Boat'
-- an email sent to Fremont United Methodist Church
Just wanted to thank you for letting us (my grandson and his little friend) come and play on God's Boat (Noah's Ark). The boys had so much fun. I read the story of Noah's ark to the boys, then when I was up for a funeral from Grand Rapids, I seen your lovely playground and had to take a picture of it to show my grandson because he just loves the story of Noah's Ark when I read it to him. And when he saw the pictures he asked, "Can I go play on God's boat sometime?" I guess he calls it that because in the story, God told Noah to build it, so to him, it was God's boat not Noah's Ark.
So we just wanted to thank you for letting us come up to see and play on it and to all who made such a beautiful play ground and all the time put into it. The only thing my Grandson said was there wad one little mouse and God said there were suppose to be two of them. I thought that was cute and that he paid so much attention to the story and loved it the best out of his book.
Thanks again.
